Ciao, I’m Barbara - luxury wedding cake designer, flavour lover, and founder of Barbara Riggi Cakes.
My love for cake design began in my Nonna’s kitchen in Sicily, where I first learned that food is an expression of love.
Those early moments taught me that flavour matters just as much as beauty, a belief that still guides everything I create.
After moving to Ireland, I spent several years working in finance, sharpening my eye for detail and organisation. During that time, I trained professionally in Baking & Sugarcraft, and in 2016, I founded my Dublin cake studio.
What began as a passion rooted in family and tradition has grown into a modern wedding cake studio specialising in elegant, flavour-led designs.
