Ciao, I am Barbara, Owner and Stylist at Barbara Riggi Cakes.
I have always been fascinated by the process of creating edible art with food. Experimenting with premium ingredients to create delicately balanced flavours is a true passion.
Cake design became a natural shift in career, after completing a Professional Diploma in Baking and Sugarcraft. The course led me to appreciate the craftsmanship of sugarwork and to establish my business in 2016, in Dublin.
I now have the privilege to create wedding cakes, for style-led couples who have a love for art, nature and aspire to showcase a sophisticated and exquisite cake on their wedding day.
