What makes my cakes special?

With an innate passion for good food, great quality ingredients and balanced flavours, I truly believe in creating a cake that is equally visually pleasing and delightful to savour.

Combining my family recipes with modern techniques, I created a carefully curated menu of Italian inspired flavour pairings, that have been enjoyed and appreciated by my clients over the years.

Your cake features Italian style light & moist sponge, layered with sumptuous meringue buttercreams, homemade fruit confitures, nut pralines and finished with a choice of buttercream, chocolate ganache or vanilla fondant.

Pistacchiosa


Delicately nutty pistachio & raspberry sponge, filled with lime & white chocolate meringue buttercream & fresh raspberries.

Limoncina 


Vanilla sponge, infused with citrus scented syrup, filled with white chocolate & lemon meringue buttercream, enriched with zesty lemon & lime curd.

Mirtillina 


Zingy Sponge infused with lemon & elderflower syrup, filled with vanilla meringue buttercream & homemade blueberry confiture.

Lamponcina


Vanilla sponge, infused with citrus scented syrup, filled with white chocolate meringue buttercream and homemade raspberry confiture.

Nocciolina


Vanilla & roasted hazelnut sponge, infused with delicate vanilla reduction, filled with roasted apricot confiture & chocolate ganache meringue buttercream.

Gianduiotta


Chocolate Italian sponge, filled with vanilla & hazelnut praline meringue buttercream and enriched with homemade “crema di gianduja.”

Guinnessina


Decadent, moist chocolate & stout sponge, filled with deliciously smooth home-made butterscotch meringue buttercream and almond praline.

Mini Cupcakes


Light & buttery. Topped with swirls of our delicious Italian meringue buttercreams and decorated with fresh seasonal fruits, edible flowers or mini sprinkles.

Butter sugar cookies decorated with vanilla fondant. 

Flavours: Vanilla Lemon

Lingottini


Delicate & buttery pâte sablèe, raspberry coulis, a surprise crunch and hints of lemon, encased in a shell of vanilla white chocolate and decorated with edible gold leaf.

Cakesicles


Moist Italian sponge, chocolate, natural flavourings and homemade fruit confiture. Coated in a shell of tempered chocolate & decorated with edible gold/silver leaf & mini sprinkles.

Cannoli Siciliani


Crunchy pastry shells, filled with Italian Crema Pasticciera, dusted with vanilla icing sugar. The quintessential Sicilian dessert.

Profiteroles


Soft choux pastry puff, encased in sweet vanilla craquelin, filled with Italian Crema Pasticciera and dusted with vanilla icing sugar.
